Luckily, there are very easy and accessible ways to do that.

Here are the easiest Healing Stone Cleansing Methods from Healthline.com.

Cleansing with Salt Water or Running Tap Water

First you have to understand the Mohs Scale of Mineral Hardness.
This scale determines whether your healing stone dissolves in water or not. A stone with a rating of 6 and above is safe to be cleansed in water. Those with 1-5 ratings should not be cleansed with water and should be cleansed in other methods.

This scale was created by Friedrich Mohs way back in 1812, and until now geologists use it as guide for growing the literature of geology. See the rating of your stone in the chart from Geology.com below:

Once you have identified that your stone is safe for cleansing via salt water or tap water, you may now start the cleansing. For salt water, soak your crystal for up to 48 hours. For running tap water, let the water run on your stone for 1 minute.

Natural Light

This type of cleansing is the most accessible way you can do for your stones. Although ritually done around solar and lunar cycles, this method of cleansing can still be done any time. Ideally place your stone on a pot of soil and let it bathe in sunlight or moonlight for 10 to 12 hours. If you have no soil, it is enough for it to be on any container. Also note that there are stones that cannot be soaked under the sun as it damages their physical properties and affects their color. These stones are fluorite, amethyst, opal, citrine, quartz, turquoise, aquamarine, celestite, sapphires, kunzite, and topaz.
After exposing your stones under natural light, remove the dirt from them and they’re ready to go.

Brown Rice

Place brown rice in a container and bury your stone in the grains. The grains will absorb the negative energy from the stones. Leave the stones under the grains for 24 hours. Afterward, throw the grains away because they now possess the negative energy. This cleansing is very effective for protection stones like black tourmaline.

Sound

This is usually done is charm bracelets shops before they give you the accessory you bought. The vibrations coming from chanting, singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, or even just a bell can cleanse a stone. Make sure that the sound encompasses the stone. Surround the stones with sound waves for 5-10 minutes.

Breath

Your very own breath can be an effective cleansing method itself. Hold your stone in your dominant hand, think about your intention and give it your complete focus. Deeply inhale, and exhale onto the stone with close proximity so that it can receive the highest vibration. Do this for small stones with a duration of 30 seconds.

Visualization

Visualization is the safest way to cleanse your healing stones. It is difficult though, because you have to be really in tune with your sense of self for it to work. To begin, take a few minutes to ground and center your energy. Next, hold your stone and visualize your hands filled with white, radiant light. Visualize this light envelop the stone and feel it grow brighter within your hands. Imagine it shine brighter with renewed purpose until you feel a shift in the stone’s energy. Do this 1 minute per stone.

Using Larger Stones

Some stones are great at cleansing smaller stones like large quartz clusters, amethyst geodes, and selenite slabs. Place your stone on top of these stones. The large stone’s vibrations will remove the negative energies on the resting stone. Do this for 24 hours.

Using Smaller Stones

Carnelian, clear quartz, and hematite are stones that also possess clearing properties. These stones are smaller than other stones, so you may need more than one to use for cleansing. Place the stones in a small bowl and put the stone you want to cleanse on top of the pile. Do this for 24 hours.
