Pre-purchase questions

1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.

2. Select the number of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”

3. Click "Check Out" in the pop-up window.

4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"

5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen

6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Like many great American companies, we currently ship from our warehouse in the United States and Asia. 

As a result, we are able to keep our costs low and pass on savings to the customer. This is why sometimes our items take a little longer to arrive at your door.  

After placing the order, it will take 24 to 48 hours for us to fulfill your items (preparation from supplier, packaging, etc.). Once your item is fulfilled, you will receive the shipment details via email. It may take 3 to 4 weeks for you to receive your order. 

Most of our in-demand items are already discounted from their original price. You may try our "Spin a Wheel" and try your luck!

Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Ananta Stones itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.

Post-purchase questions

We’d be happy to process it for you! Please provide us the detail of your order and the discount code by contacting us at supportme@anantastones.com or call us at +1 (646) 859-5990 9AM to 5PM EST, Mondays through Sundays.

Once the order was placed, we will give you 24 hours for any amendment request. Our 24-hour policy will give you the privilege to do changes, amendment, or cancel the order. But after 24 hours, our Warehouse team will start the fulfillment process and cancellation or amendment of your order will no longer be possible.

NOTE: 24 hours cancellation policy is applicable for a full refund. After 24 hours, canceling your order or amending your order is no longer possible.

For multiple items in one order: Please be advised that the items came from different suppliers and have been shipped separately. You may have multiple tracking numbers in one order.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours after you finish your checkout. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. Otherwise, you may contact us directly at supportme@anantastones.com if you wish us to resend it to you.

We understand that whenever you try to track the order, no information is given on the tracking website, it usually takes time to sync all information on the tracking page. We humbly ask you to wait for few more days and recheck tracking.

Don’t worry! Our aim is to make our customers happy with their purchase. You are covered with our 30-day guarantee service. We can process a replacement at no additional cost. Please make sure to report the issue to supportme@anantastones.com within 30 days upon delivery (based on the tracking page). Send us a photo of the damaged item, and we’d be glad to assist you throughout the process.
