We process orders within 24-48 hours and shipping details will be available in 7-10 days after processing. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for domestic (USA orders), and 4-6 weeks for international orders. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. We are facing shipment delays because of this unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting our shipping services. It might take about 3 months for the items to be delivered for shipping addresses outside the United States. Your patience is deeply appreciated. Rest assured we will send you a replacement or return your money once proven that the order got lost in transit.

Order Amendment/Canceling an Order
You may make changes to your order within 24 hours from the time you placed the order. You may also cancel it within 24 hours and get a full refund. After 24 hours, cancelling your order or amending your order is no longer possible.
For defective/damaged items, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request for a replacement or refund. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or you may call us at (646) 859-5990, every day from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time. If 30 days have gone by after your package has been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange unless you have a lifetime warranty for the item.
100% REPLACEMENT for items that are defective, damaged, scratches, dents. One lifetime warranty is for one product. You may purchase this together with the product or you may add it as long as you still didn’t receive the product. Once you receive the product, you cannot purchase a Lifetime Warranty for that anymore.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
To request for a replacement or refund, buyers are required: to provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement!

2) Your email address you used to order
3) Reasons for replacement or refund
4) Photo of the product and the shipping label
