Everyone has it. We live in this world, exchanging vibrations of energy. Positive energy can uplift you, while negative energy can pull you down. Energy, just like disease, is contagious. That’s why you laugh when the people around you are funny, and you cry when you’re affected by crying people in films.
Now, we don’t want to get negative energy, don’t we? The key is awareness. Once you know that you are giving off bad energy, you can start changing your behavior towards it and begin your journey of positive vibes!
YOUR MOOD CHANGES A LOT
When your mood changes a lot, it means you have no focus. People with a negative vibe lose focus easily because they let their emotions overpower them instead of seeing situations from other people’s eyes.

People with negative energy tend to panic or get frustrated when things aren’t under their control because they hold on to what could have been. That ideal perspective in their minds is just too hard to let go. If you want to become more positive, you have to let go of control and have faith in what the universe has in store for you.

It’s okay to feel like a victim sometimes. It means that you know what you truly deserve. Organizing things requires focus. Your negative thoughts can be a whirlpool you’ll get stuck in for hours. While you are distracted with these thoughts, it will be hard for you to focus on organizing because a negative vibe dictates that you listen to these whispers.

Leaders will handle a lot of people and if your boss can’t see you influencing others in a motivational way, you will never be given the opportunity of a promotion.

This can take a lot of time especially for people who have been through a lot of trauma, but practice makes perfect.

5. Bask in the sun and breathe some fresh air
Enjoy your environment. See the world. There'll be a time you won't be able to do that.

Do this as long as it is safe for your health.
